Assessment of Patient-Centered Care with Reference to Minimum Service Delivery Standards in District Headquarter Hospitals of Azad Jammu Kashmir

Objective: To assess the existing healthcare and delivery services to evaluate factors that affect effectiveness of care patients.
 Study Design: Cross-sectional study.
 Place Duration Study: Seven Districts Headquarter Hospitals Azad Jammu Kashmir Pakistan from Dec 2020 May 2021.
 Methodology: The data were collected using a questionnaire based on Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) set standards by Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) for monitoring evaluating at hospitals. observing every department hospital, interviewing concerned person department, checking medical record hospital.
 Results: All seven DHQ hospitals including Neelum, Hattian Bala, Pallandari, Bagh, Kotli, Bhimber, Mirpur working throughout week service was ensured 24 hours in all health facilities. It observed this study management medication area with highest degree compliance (76.2%). On other hand, involving patient rights education showed lowest level an average score 6 percentage 25%.
 Conclusion: respect MSDS very low district headquarter AJK. Targeted strategies are needed improve overall quality delivery.
